We accept Email requests for returns within 7 working days of receiving your order. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.
If you are not satisfied when you receive the item, please return it within 7 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact us for a return guide before you return it.
All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
If the item is defective in 3 months, We will send you a replacement without extra charge, or offer refund after we receive the defective item.
If item is defective after 3 months, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you need pay the extra shipping fee.
